FAQs How do I contact Customer Support? The 24x7 Web-based Support Center provides authorized users with immediate and essential knowledge for installing, implementing, customizing, and using InterAction.
In addition to an interactive knowledge base (including frequently asked questions), the Support Center includes software updates and downloads, integration solutions, product documentation, sample code, and other valuable resources to ensure a smooth InterAction deployment.
Current customers that have maintenance inquiries can call or e-mail the Support staff to
obtain a User ID and Password to log in to the
Support Center.
