LexisNexis Analytics is a suite of products that includes Dashboard and Monitor. Dashboard provides charts and graphs that show key metrics to help you assess the positive or negative coverage of specific topics, companies, or individuals, and how that coverage differs by variables such as geography, media type, and others. The analyses can reflect a specific point in time or inform on historical trends. A Web-based archival, retrieval, distribution, and analysis system for content, Monitor enables you to search through or filter information by various criteria that you specify, such as person, company, specific business issue, or product. This enables you to quickly hone in on the content that is most relevant to your needs. For both Dashboard and Monitor, media sources can include LexisNexis content (including over 5 billion documents and records from over 34,000 sources), free and/or paid Web sources, and even your own company’s data such as customer surveys and call center records.
