You can order any REEDFAX product or service via e-mail 24/7. This is an option many customers prefer who need to ask detailed questions or wish to provide specific instructions with their order, but desire to order online. It is also convenient for placing product orders after Customer Service hours. Please keep in mind that our representatives respond to e-mails within minutes of receipt during normal working hours, and orders sent via e-mail are processed during normal working hours.
